Private group classes and seasonal workshops will offer teens a supportive space to explore mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing through creative and reflective activities.
All sessions will be designed to feel safe, welcoming, and
non-judgemental. This will give teens the chance to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build healthy tools for everyday life.
Each session offers a mix of creative and calming practices that support emotional wellbeing, self-expression, and confidence, all in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Sessions are designed to be age-appropriate, accessible, and gently paced. No prior experience with mindfulness is needed.
Over time, teens begin to develop practical tools they can draw on in everyday life. These tools can help to manage stress, navigate overwhelming emotions, feel more grounded, and relate to themselves and others with greater awareness, kindness, and self-acceptance.
This 6-week course offers a supportive space for teens to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others. Each week combines mindfulness and creativity, providing tools to manage stress, express emotions, and build inner confidence. Sessions are engaging and tailored to teens’ unique needs.
These sessions help teens build resilience, reduce overwhelm, and feel more grounded in a calm, non-judgmental space. Each session is 1 hour in length.
Teens will explore guided mindfulness and breathing techniques, affirmations and creative exercises for emotional awareness. Journaling prompts and art projects will encourage reflection.

This one-off workshop offers teens a gentle space to slow down, check in with themselves, and reset. This session blends calming techniques with hands-on activities to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and inner calm. Each workshop is 1.5 hours in length.
Through breathing exercises, creative expression, simple guided meditations, and discussion, teens will explore their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment, without pressure or judgement. It’s a space to recharge, reconnect, and build personal tools for everyday wellbeing.
No experience is needed, and all materials are provided.

This one-off workshop is designed to support young teens as they prepare for the big transition from primary to secondary school. It's a calm, supportive space where they can explore the mix of emotions that often come with change, from excitement and curiosity to nerves and uncertainty.
It's a blend of age-appropriate mindfulness activities like breathing exercises, calming visualisations, affirmations, creative reflection, and open discussion. Teens are gently guided to build confidence, manage worries, and feel more grounded in themselves.
Each participant leaves with simple, practical tools to carry with them into their new school environment, as well as a stronger sense of self-trust and resilience as they step into this next chapter.
