All sessions are delivered in safe, supportive environments where children can relax, be themselves, and learn valuable life skills through creative mindfulness.
Each class offers a mix of creative and calming practices designed to support emotional wellbeing, self-expression, and confidence, all in a fun, relaxed environment.
These classes are designed to be accessible,
age-appropriate, and gently paced, no previous experience is needed.
Over time, children begin to build inner tools they can use in everyday
life: to navigate big feelings, feel calmer and more centred, and relate to themselves and others with more kindness, compassion and awareness.
Children and teens will take part in a variety of engaging activities, including:
Mini mindfulness practices, mindful movement, affirmations, visualisation, meditations, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and exploration of the senses to help calm busy minds,.
Creative arts and crafts to express feelings through colour and
hands-on making to spark imagination and self-reflection.
Games, stories and discussion to explore emotions, strengthen social connection and encourage self-reflection.
Offered as a 6 week series, these engaging sessions help children feel calm, confident, and connected while expressing themselves creatively.
Rooted in Creative Mindfulness, each class blends gentle wellbeing practices with hands-on activities.
All materials are provided and kids only need to bring themselves!

Starting Secondary School: Tailored for older children, this session offers calm, confidence-building tools to navigate the shift with clarity and self-trust.
