I am available to offer creative mindfulness workshops for community groups, youth organisations, and children’s clubs of all kinds. I can also work with libraries and after-school programmes, summer schemes, festivals, and local events.
These sessions are flexible, welcoming, and designed to fit easily into whatever structure or setting you're working with.
Whether you're looking to support children’s emotional wellbeing, encourage creativity, or simply offer something a bit different and meaningful, these workshops provide a unique way to do just that.
Each one is crafted with care to bring a sense of calm and connection into busy group spaces. No previous experience with mindfulness is needed. Everything is tailored to suit the needs, age range, and goals of your group. It’s a gentle, joyful approach that leaves a lasting impact.
Each session weaves together a mix of creative and calming activities, designed to meet children where they are with plenty of space for imagination, movement, and fun. Depending on the age group and setting, sessions may include:
Mini mindfulness practices and breathing exercises.
Guided visualisations and calming meditations.
Positive affirmations and simple emotional check-ins.
Creative arts and crafts with a mindful twist.
Stories, discussion, and playful group reflection.
Light games that encourage presence, teamwork, and kindness
Relaxation and wind-down moments to end with calm and clarity
