Creative Mindfulness For Kids And Teens

At Your Joyful Self, my aim is to introduce mindfulness to children, teens, and families in a warm, engaging way. Each session helps kids and teens learn simple, age-appropriate ways to calm their busy minds, connect with how they feel and build inner kindness.  They will be gently introduced to techniques like breathing exercises, guided meditations, mindful movement, creative arts, story, discussion, and games. The sessions are grounded in the Creative Mindfulness method developed by Louise Shanagher.
